The Zamora is a Spanish Revival style cottage that has a lot of character, and could easily be created in SIPS or strawbale and stucco. The floor plan is a little boxy, but by opening up the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces it could be very pleasant. For people with no kids, it would be easy to reconfigure the bedroom spaces to add extra storage. Eliminating the basement would free up interior space for mechanicals.
